In the continued posting of the episodes of “Beer and Boardgames” I’ve been on, here’s this fun one. In my life I’ve had the opportunity to do prank calls before, but this is the only documented one. It’s pretty good, if I do say so myself.
The game that we play kinda sucks, but the fun to be had is super fun.
To say that the call to Dylan was “pretty good” is an understatement of epic proportions. I laughed out loud for a solid minute… the dog thinks I’m really weird.
I’m going to have to agree with Gary here. I can’t pick just one thing about that call that I love the most, although I was particularly impressed by the simplistic humor that is the name Trent Bremmel and his incredibly douchey-but-believable blog The Right Way.
Gets me every time.

I love the website you create for Trent Bremmel. I also love how you let Dylan ramble for minutes on end, and then pretend like you had set the phone down and just came back to it, negating every thought he was probably sweating to form perfectly on the other end. The capper is Sloan then pretending to have also heard from Trent Bremmel when Dylan calls him to find out if he’s been tricked or not.
